QUICKCHAT

THE MISSION

QuickChat  is  an  instant  messaging  tool  that  allows  salespeople  and  their  clients  to  talk  directly,  without  going  back  and  forth  with  phone  calls and emails. They brought in Martian Labs to help launch the brand.

THE WORK

Martian Labs developed the positioning, branding and identity, and voice and tone for QuickChat, ensuring that its simplicity came through on the website  and  within  the  software  itself.  The  project  included  website  development, software UI/UX design, and copywriting.

BRANDING
QUICKCHAT

Martian   positioned   QuickChat   as   the   frictionless   alternative   to   chatbots,  connecting  salespeople  with  prospects  efficiently  and  intuitively. The visual identity of Quickchat reflected the ease of use, with  simple,  digestible  colors  and  fonts  that  didn’t  distract;  all  messaging  and  copywriting  took  a  no-frills  approach  to  conveying  the brand’s simplicity.

APP
DEVELOPMENT

QuickChat’s  app  design  and  development  needed  to  be  frictionless,  and  Martian  made  the  experience  effortless  with  a  web-based  app  that   users   could   access   via   desktop.   QuickChat’s   branding   was   incorporated  into  each  crevice  of  the  app,  and  the  goal  to  reduce  clicks stayed at the forefront of the UI/UX from onboarding to daily use.
